Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with movements such as rolling, kneading, compression and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Deep Tissue

With an additional $20 deep tissue can be added to any session

Deep tissue massage is for chronic pain that needs more work than a traditional Swedish massage can offer. These compressions and strokes offered will be with deeper pressure and focus in a localized areas. 
Deep work may be painful during or after a session, please hydrate and listen to your body afterwards. 

Hot Stone Therapy

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Mobile Massage

Mobile massage will come to you! We will provide the table, oils and tea as well as a thorough intake.  We only offer this service for a minimum of 4 sessions or more. 
The idea behind our mobile massage services is to elevate an experience for a party, retreat or wellness get away.  If you  are having a gathering and have 4 or more guests wanting to book our services we would love to work with you.

Couples Massage

Bring your partner, spouse, friends or family in for a relaxing or therapeutic massage! You can choose from any of the sessions available, deep tissue is an additional $20 per person. 

(This is a small business with limited therapists, so in the event that we are unable to have a second therapist available we can always accommodate by working one session at a time, this can be discussed upon booking)

Hangover Massage

Yes you read that right. Hangover massage is a Ruthie original!
I love a good beer with my friends but am very sensitive to the effects the following day, maybe you are as well!
Hangover massage focuses on soothing your headache and relaxing those restricted blood vessels.
This is  a swedish relaxation massage with a few additions including:

• Cold stone Facial massage
• 10 minute scalp massage
• Mint aroma therapy (helps alleviate nausea)
• Free coconut water for rehydration
• Deep Tissue can be added for an additional $20

Migraine Massage

Migraines are at times completely debilitating, even leaving you sensitive to light. This massage is designed to alleviate headaches, nausea and some sinus blockages. We are aiming to get you back out there enjoying the great outdoors!

Migraine massage is a Swedish relaxation massage with a few additions including:

• Cold stone Facial massage or facial sinus drainage
• 10 minute scalp massage
• Mint aroma therapy (helps alleviate nausea)

Visitors and locals alike love the San Juans from the Mother Spring to Wolf Creek Ski Area. We understand that you can easily over do it trying to fit all that beauty and fun into a few days. 

If you've injured yourself skiing, snowboarding or hiking I completely understand and want to help!  The whole reason I relocated to this complete gem of the rockies was for more powder, more fresh air and less days in an office staring at my computer screen.
